Currently, they are actively involved in the creation of a digital healthcare platform called Upgraid. With Upgraid, they are revolutionizing the way healthcare is delivered and enhancing the overall patient experience.
This project encompassed two distinct phases. In Phase 1, my primary focus was on conducting a comprehensive competitive analysis and thorough healthcare market analysis. This allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the market landscape at that time and assess the competitive dynamics at play. Moving on to Phase 2, I shifted my attention to a detailed review of the Upgraid platform. My objective was to carefully evaluate its existing features and functionality. Based on my evaluation, I generated well-informed recommendations and prioritized the implementation of new features to enhance the platform's overall performance.Throughout the project, I had access to the product backlog items, which enabled me to align my efforts with the development goals. Moreover, I actively contributed to the creation of a robust 2023 roadmap plan, which served as a strategic guide for the platform's evolution.In addition to my analytical and strategic contributions, I took charge of designing a visually appealing and user-friendly dashboard for the digital platform. This dashboard provided users with a seamless and intuitive experience while navigating and utilizing the platform's functionalities.
